nn99 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nn99 platform, available at nn99.vin, including all sub-pages, features, games, sports betting markets, and payment services offered through the platform. By clicking "Register", logging into your account, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether accessing via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the nn99 mobile application. Where specific rules apply to a particular feature — such as the sportsbook, live casino, or a promotional offer — those rules form part of these Terms and apply in addition to the general provisions set out here.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the nn99 platform, you must register a single account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. nn99 will never ask for your password by email or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at [email protected] immediately and change your password.

nn99 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of routine account review. Verification may require submission of a valid identity document. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your nn99 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on nn99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on the platform side. Your account balance is maintained in PKR at all times.

nn99 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — typically reflects within seconds to a few minutes.
• Easypaisa — typically reflects within seconds to a few minutes.
• Raast — subject to standard bank processing times.
• Bank Transfer — processing times vary by bank.
• Cards & Mobile Wallets — as listed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. nn99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed once any applicable identity verification and wagering requirements have been met. nn99 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Withdrawal timelines may vary depending on the payment method selected and processing times at the receiving institution. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. nn99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of the withdrawal account before processing any payment.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time. nn99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on nn99, you acknowledge that all outcomes involve an element of chance and that results are not guaranteed. Past performance or prior winnings do not influence future outcomes.

Sports Betting

All bets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted. nn99 reserves the right to void or limit bets in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or evidence of market manipulation. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time of placement. Bets placed after an in-play market closes — due to a significant event such as a wicket, goal, or match suspension — may be voided at nn99's discretion.

Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI and Test fixtures, are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of an abandoned match or no result, standard void rules apply as specified in the relevant market rules, which are accessible from the betting interface.

Casino & Live Games

Casino games on nn99 are provided by certified third-party game providers. Random number generator (RNG) titles use certified randomisation. Live dealer games are conducted with real equipment and real-time video. Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed. If a technical fault occurs during a game session, the round may be voided and any stake returned. nn99 is not liable for losses resulting from user error, including incorrect bet placement or misunderstanding of game rules.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

nn99 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits when a bonus is active, and expiry timelines.

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance until wagering requirements are met. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only available once all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

nn99 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time, and to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk combinations of bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or coordinated play across accounts.

Only one active bonus may be held per account at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nn99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Laundering money or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or account restrictions through VPNs or proxy services.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.

nn99 monitors account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for any of the above behaviours will be reviewed and may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

nn99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Identity or age verification cannot be completed.
• Unusual or suspicious account activity is detected.
• A self-exclusion request has been received.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, nn99 will communicate with the account holder at the registered email address. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any held balance released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any bonus-derived balance forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification of ownership and source of funds.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the platform's payment terms. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

9. Limitation of Liability

nn99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functional, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nn99 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from a user's own decisions, including bet placement or game participation.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a user's failure to secure their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data
